Types, purposes, legal bases and period of processing of personal data
The controller processes the following personal data:
- First and last name;
- E-mail address;
- Phone number;
- Address data;
- Bank account number;
- Payment method
- Anonymized IP addresses (think of Google GA4 without re-marketing)
- Company Name.
The controller processes this personal data of all clients with whom it enters into an agreement. It processes this data in order to contact to record with you, and in order to implement its obligations arising from the agreement.
The e-mail address or telephone number can also be used to inform you about orders, products or services in the future.
The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds: consent of the client for the processing of his personal data, and necessity for the execution of the agreement.
The personal data will be stored as long as you have an agreement with the Responsible Party. After the agreement between you and Responsible Party has ended, Responsible Party will remove your personal data from its systems.
Failure to provide personal data means that no agreement can be concluded.
Responsible uses on its website functional cookies. A cookie is a piece of data that is placed on your computer by a website. Every time you visit the website of the Controller, it collects basic technical information, such as through which website you came to this website. This privacy statement applies to cookies and similar technology. This website may use functional cookies to provide visitors with tailored information, to collect information, and to track the visitor during the visit to the website.
