Shipping & delivery policy of Bracelets
After your payment has been completed, your order will be processed Shipped within 2 business days via PostNL. We will notify you via email to inform you of the current status of your order. In exceptional situations, your order may be shipped later. It takes a little longer on average personalized jewelry to deliver (1 to 3 working days), because we will carry out this customization for you after receiving the order. Have you ordered a bracelet for a special reason (exception), such as death or birth. Then we try to place this bracelet at the front of the order processing. We will also first digitally format your personal photo, fingerprint or text so that it is engraved with the best care on your jewellery. Jewelry that is custom made (think of a specified length) also falls under personalized jewelry. Do you have a piece of jewelry that is specially made for you or forged is going to be. Then the delivery time is possible +/- 3 weeks are. This is because the entire jewelry development process is carried out. This allows you to order jewelry up to 8 times more accurately in terms of dimensions than at our fellow jewelers (who usually use 1 to 3 standard sizes). This way you can be sure that your piece of jewelery is really made to measure for you.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs, but in most cases a 'free shipping for consumers'. We ship to a limited number of countries by default. If your country is not in the list, you can contact contact us for any possibilities. Or enter your country of choice at the checkout page. You will immediately see the shipping costs applicable to this country.
By default we ship to the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. If other shipping options are desired, please contact us.
We always ship from the Netherlands. Receiving orders outside the EU is also possible. The buyer must pay the possible import duties and VAT that are valid for the country in question (import costs).
Delivery in the Netherlands is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer (in most cases our standard carrier), DHL, InstaBee or FedEx. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 17:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. You can find the expected delivery time via the track and trace page of PostNL. You will also receive a track and trace link by e-mail. So that you can easily track the package.
The delivery time outside the Netherlands depends on the postal service that takes over the courier company from PostNL. The delivery time within Europe varies in most cases from 3 to 12 days. The delivery time outside Europe varies in most cases from 4 to 30 days. You can find the indications of the delivery times per country on the PostNL website.
A number of factors can negatively influence the delivery time, for example it can differ due to:
• Local holidays
• The handling at customs in the country of destination
• Strikes, natural disasters, crises, fire, war, natural disasters, disease, outbreak of an epidemic, government action, energy shortage or interruption of energy supply, storm, general strike, bomb threats or other acts of terrorism or vandalism, unforeseen political or economic circumstances, decisions with regard to the exhibition by the owner or operator of the building that make the use of the location and/or the organization of the exhibition significantly more expensive and/or impossible, and all other cases or situations that make the use of the location and/or make the organization of the exhibition considerably more expensive and/or impossible. Or other special events that can be regarded as force majeure.
The jewelry is securely packaged in a cardboard protective box. In order to relieve the burden on the environment, packaging materials such as shipping boxes, plastic balls and the like are reused and minimized as much as possible.
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the entire order. Whatever the reason, you have the legal right to cancel and/or return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. With the exception of custom-made jewelry, composite or personalized jewelry, melted / cast jewelry, jewelry with engraving or jewelry chosen for a specific fit. See our Terms and Conditions for all applicable terms and conditions and information. All leather and rope bracelets are cut to size from the roll and cannot be returned for this reason. However, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
When registering your revocation/return, this must be done by e-mail. With your return you must state your order number, name and products. The refund will only be made to the account you paid with. Bracelets must then receive the product within a reasonable period of time, which is deemed to be 7 days after notification of return by e-mail. The products must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged or in the exact same condition as Bracelets sent them. For reasons of hygiene, they must be unworn or unused and must not carry any perfume or cigarette smell or other traces of use. This is at the discretion of Bracelets.
Products that are damaged after delivery by Bracelets will be refused and can therefore not be taken back. This means that the products cannot be returned. Return shipments sent outside the aforementioned return period will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The costs and risks of returns are for the customer. The return costs for buyers in other EU countries vary per country. For this we refer to the postal rates of the relevant EU country. Return shipments that are not sufficiently stamped will be refused. The postage costs will only be reimbursed if there is damage to the product that should reasonably have been discovered prior to the sale.
After inspection of the returned product, you will receive an e-mail within a reasonable period of time. In the event of a correct return, the amount paid will be refunded to the payment method used by you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the order.
